How to remove your Slidin account, workspace, Instagram, Facebook, and campaign data.
Remove the App From Instagram
In Instagram, open Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove Slidin. Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the connected account, its encrypted access token, and its campaigns. You can also request deletion from your Meta account settings, which returns a confirmation code you can check on this page.
Disconnect Inside Slidin
Sign in, open Settings, and select Disconnect next to the account. This deletes the stored access token and stops all campaigns for that account immediately.
Delete Your Whole Workspace
To delete your workspace, campaigns, delivery logs, and billing references, email [email protected] from the address you sign in with and include your workspace name and connected Instagram username. We complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons.
