Privacy Policy
Slidin helps businesses send Meta-compliant private replies when people comment on connected Instagram posts or reels.
Data We Collect
We collect account email addresses for authentication, workspace and billing metadata, connected Instagram account identifiers, encrypted Instagram access tokens, campaign settings, webhook payloads, comments needed to process campaigns, delivery logs, and operational diagnostics.
How We Use Data
We use this data to authenticate users, connect Instagram integrations, match comment keywords, send private replies through the official Meta APIs, prevent duplicate sends, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service.
Instagram And Meta Data
Slidin does not ask for Instagram passwords, scrape Instagram, or use browser automation. Instagram tokens are encrypted at rest and are used only to perform actions authorized by the connected business account. We use Instagram data only to run the customer's own campaigns and analytics. We never sell Meta data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build profiles of people.
People Who Comment or Message
When someone comments on or messages a connected account, we process their Instagram-scoped ID, username, and the comment or message text to decide whether a campaign applies and to send the one reply the customer configured. We keep delivery logs so the customer can see what was sent and so nobody receives the same reply twice.
Subprocessors
Slidin runs on a private virtual server with a PostgreSQL database and a Redis queue that we operate ourselves. Transactional email is sent through Resend. These providers process data only as needed to run the service.
Retention And Deletion
Customers can disconnect Instagram or Facebook from settings, which removes the stored connection and stops campaigns. Removing Slidin from Instagram's Apps and websites settings, or sending a deletion request through Meta, deletes the connected account automatically.
